Are desktops on their way out? If you ask gamers, they’ll give you a strong no. But for the rest of the world, having an at-home computer as bulky as a desktop just isn’t worth it anymore. That’s why most of the consumer base is switching to laptops, tablets, and portable options. But, for the record, there will always be those of us that need to sit down and have a proper computer experience at a desk with our tower and monitor. While I’ve previously had an Alienware laptop that I wasn’t too fond of, the desktop version of these beasts are super hard to beat in terms of swift processing and graphical quality. Every gamer needs to try some version of an Alienware at some point in their life.
Not a gamer? Mac lovers, you’re obviously going to go for the Apple iMac 27 inch with its superior 5k display and stunning visuals. Of course, if you have no preference between Mac and PC, the Dell Inspiron might be the better choice, and less expensive choice, too. It’s simple and gets the job done.
