This new form of matter comes from a collapsed neutron star. Protons, neutrons, electrons, and neutrinos all compact together in the remains and, when the neutrinos escape, these tightly packed particles become a substance 10 billion times stronger than steel. It may, perhaps, be the strongest substance known to man.
