‘Stranger Things’ Video Game Announced

   

Telltale Games just announced at the E3 entertainment expo the release of an upcoming video game based off Netflix series ‘Stranger Things’ giving fans a chance to tour the town of Hawkins.

The creator of the video game is known for creating games based off popular TV shows and movies including ‘The Walking Dead’ and ‘Game of Thrones.’ Telltale has yet to release if the game will be based off the first two seasons of the series or start a new story line for the game.

This new game will be another addition to the video games created in partnership with Netflix. Later this year Netflix will be releasing a Telltale Games interactive narrative series “Minecraft Story Mode” that gives option to choose different story lines.

Netflix has previously released interactive narrative series including – “Stretch Armstrong: The Breakout,” “Puss in Book: Trapped in an Epic Tale,” and “Buddy Thunderstruck: The Maybe Pile”. The ‘Stranger Things’ game will not be available on the Netflix platform and Telltale will release more information at a later date.
