Tesla Model 3: Bad Consumer Report

Tesla took a huge hit when Consumer Reports did not recommend the Tesla Model 3. There were huge flaws when it came to their emergency break testing and could not even compare to Tesla’s competitors. Their breaks responded so slowly, Ford’s F-150’s breaks responded faster. It was also pointed out that the control system was difficult to use and at times confusing. Earlier, CR projected the Model 3 to have “average reliability.” Fortunately, they were given props for the improved battery life.

While Tesla could be a competitor to brands such as BMW and Audi, there are a few flaws that hold it back. Because of this, Consumer Reports did not give Tesla’s Model 3 car the endorsement that Tesla was hoping for.
