Thinking of getting yourself a new smartwatch? Although Apple is still sitting on the throne for its series of Apple Watches, other brands are also starting to fight for the crown.
Samsung, for instance, has had three generations of the Samsung Gear, a predecessor to its latest smartwatch release, the Samsung Galaxy Watch. This line of digital timepieces is chock-full of helpful features for those who would like to combine the convenience of a watch and the efficiency of having a tiny computer on your wrist.
The biggest downside to smartwatches? The price. Most of the full-featured ones range from $300 onwards, and it gets more expensive the ‘better’ it is in terms of features. Good news though, if you’re getting a smartwatch from Samsung, now may be the perfect time to do so.
Amazon recently ran a sale promotion on the previous model Samsung Gear, Samsung Gear S3 Frontier, for only $200, down from its original price of $350. Unfortunately, the sale was so popular, they ended up selling out! However, the Gear S3 Classic is still on sale for $286, and there are plenty of used Frontiers available for surprisingly low prices around $130. Check it out here!
