Nintendo is unveiling quite a few secrets this year.

Aside from the much-awaited Nintendo Switch upgrades, there’s also Pokémon Sword & Shield coming out by the end of the year. Nintendo’s got some irons in the fire, though as fans have come to expect from the company, they’ve maintained a strict hush-hush policy on them.

In a recent statement though, Nintendo announced that they will be broadcasting a new Nintendo Direct presentation during the first day of E3 on June 11. In Nintendo’s own words, “Nintendo Direct E3 2019 is focused entirely on software, and will offer a look at games scheduled to launch in 2019.”

Some of the games expected to get a mention are as follows:

  • Super Mario Maker 2
  • Fire Emblem: Three Houses
  • Astral Chain
  • Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order
  • Dragon Quest 11 S: Echoes of an Elusive Age — Definitive Edition
  • Animal Crossing for Nintendo Switch
  • Daemon X Machina
  • Luigi’s Mansion
  • Pokémon Sword and Shield
  • The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening

Super Smash Bros. Ultimate will be having a 3×3 2019 World Championship a few days before the event proper on June 8. Other than that, Nintendo is also hoping to unveil more important dates about the company later this year as the dates come nearer and nearer. If you’re the impatient type, you can always reserve yourself a Warp Pipe Pass, which effectively reduces wait times for playing. It’s free of charge but users do need to have a Nintendo Account.
