iPhone Users are Being Locked Out of Their Apple ID Accounts

iPhone users have run into quite the annoying issue recently: they’re being kicked out of their Apple IDs and cannot get back in. It’s unknown when this issue first started popping up, but iPhone users all over the world have voiced complaints about being kicked out of their Apple ID accounts, for seemingly no reason. Your device tells you that you were logged out for security reasons, but does not disclose what those reasons are. If you’re lucky, you’re able to regain access to your Apple ID account, after jumping through several hoops of fire, going through the arduous identity verification process, and resetting your account’s password.

Or, if you’re unlucky like me, you have been sitting around for the past few days without access to your Apple ID. This is pretty annoying, considering how much you need your Apple ID in order to do things on your iPhone. I myself have it so that whenever I download a new app or make an in-app purchase, I need to input my Apple ID password for the process to go through. But now that I am currently logged out of my Apple ID, I can’t download any new apps at all. As of right now, Apple has not been on the ball tackling this issue. If you’re one of the unfortunate consumers to be afflicted with this issue, you might not receive any official help any time soon.

Making this issue even more aggravating is the fact that a “Log In to your Apple ID” pop up shows up pretty regularly throughout the day, and there’s nothing I can do to get rid of it. Hopefully, Apple will acknowledge that this is a serious issue, and will look into solving it.
