This modular structure allows customizing features for entertainment and leisure, with various square feet options. The biggest base is 31,387 square feet with floor options. The base of the pyramid offers a docking space for boats.
Lazzarini is crowdfunding to build the first model and project that by 2020 residents will be ready to move-in. If you’re not looking to dedicate to the floating community, there will be a hotel for visitors.
