Blizzcon Loot Pours Out

Fans of Blizzard Entertainment know Blizzcon to be one of the most elite gaming conventions held yearly. Thousands of gamers fly in from all over the world to the Anaheim Convention Center for this momentous event. Every year, there are demos of upcoming Blizzard games, spectacular announcements, and a growing list of events and panels.

Another staple in the BlizzCon formula is letting gamers who can’t attend the convention in person experience it in a virtual context. Through the Virtual Ticket, Blizzard fans get exclusive, in-game items to redeem on their battle.net account. And for this year, fans can currently access their first goodie.

The legendary Overwatch skin, Demon Hunter Sombra, is now available to play in game. The skin is meant to be a crossover to Blizzard’s other wildly popular game, Diablo. This item is the first of a line up of in-game content player’s can receive from purchasing a Virtual Ticket. Other upcoming items include cosmetic upgrades for World of Warcraft, Starcraft, Heroes of the Storm, Hearthstone, and Diablo.

Blizzcon will be held the weekend of November 2nd, around the time it usually lands annually. Tickets are always a struggle to get in person, but luckily they can never run out of Virtual Tickets.
